Our Story
OMNI’s three founders, Rob Otos, Michael Otos and Michael McKenna, have known each other since childhood, creating a trust level that’s woven into their core business belief. They’ve also worked together in the industry for more than two decades, further solidifying their culture of trust, respect and integrity. They all have a passion to serve their clients with a level of personalization and excellence not found anywhere else in the industry. Each have skills and experience that combine to form unique specializations that serve their clients well, including business development, case management, HR, finance and operational development.
After working in similar but separate careers, they combined to form OMNI Case Management, attracting some of the premier specialists in our industry from across the country to form a unique and passionate team of experts. OMNI provides superior on-site care management and evaluation, facilitating top-quality care and a fast return to work for patients.
